The noodle without soup is excellent! Specialty Rou jia mo (bao with stewed meat) needs more flavor, it was too plain in flavor.

We didn’t expected much because they have Udon (which is usually specialty of Japan) and some specialities of southwestern China, kind of not clear positioning. However the restaurant turned out to be a great surprise, we were very satisfied by the high quality of food. As a Chinese, I have to say their noodles of Xi’an and galette are very original, as good as those good ones in China, and better than what I had in Paris. Handmade noodles? Yes please. We had a lovely dinner here, one of the owners saw us looking at the menu and came out to talk to us. She was so nice and spoke English which was helpful. The food was very good.

Classic small Chinese restaurant. As usual tasty food and "standard" big portions, so it's hard to leave hungry. 1 🌶️ symbol was almost not hot, but need to be ready that 🌶️🌶️🌶️ maybe really hot.
